Effect of acceptance

Limitation on liability

Customer support
Sellitswapitbuyit may from time to time provide assistance and guidance through our customer support service. If we deem your behaviour towards the Sellitswapitbuyit site(s) any of the Sellitswapitbuyit team, customer support representative or any other employees is at any time threatening or offensive, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to and use of our website(s) and you will not be entitled to any refund.
Applicable law
This Agreement and its terms and conditions are governed by the laws in the State of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria, Australia.
General
